What we store and why

Account details and secure session records let you sign in. We save completed quote inputs and results to provide dockets, enforce monthly allowances and support Pro history. Pro profiles can include a handle, location preferences and saved vans. Fuel reports store the area, fuel, price, currency and submission time. Support messages are linked to the account that sends them.

The quote draft is saved in browser storage. Session cookies support sign-in and account security. The service also depends on hosting and security providers. If you request Google address suggestions or route services, the locations you enter and connection information are sent to those providers.

Sharing is your choice

Quote sharing and printing happen on your action and can include the job locations entered. Leaderboards are off by default. If you opt in, your handle, points and rounded daily cost totals become public. Untick the preference to withdraw, including from historical tables. Fuel suggestions show aggregated prices, not account emails or job addresses.

Payments

When payments are enabled, Stripe processes subscription billing. We retain subscription references and status to manage Pro access. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Retention and your rights

During testing, account, quote, profile and support data remain in the service database until removed by the operator. Fuel suggestions only use the latest seven days; older reports may remain stored. A production retention schedule is still to be confirmed. You can request access, correction or deletion through Contact. Applicable legal obligations may require retention of billing records.

You may raise a data-protection concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. The operator must finalise legal bases, provider details, transfers and retention before launch.

Cookie preferences

Cookiebot integration is prepared but only runs once the site’s Cookiebot ID is configured. It does not by itself make the whole service GDPR compliant. No analytics have been added by this release.
